What services do you offer?

I currently offer Sleep training and support services for infants and toddlers. There are various packages you can purchase. In addition to the packages on the site, I offer nap time support, travel adjustment support and other options. If you are unsure which package is best for you or if you don’t see a package that meets your needs, give me a call or send me an email to discuss what other options are available for you.

How can I contact you?

There are several methods used in sleep training. However, I do not use strict “cry it out” procedures. While some crying is likely, and almost guaranteed, in the sleep training process, I will never tell you to just let your baby cry themselves to sleep. We will discuss with what level of crying you are comfortable with and develop a plan based on your comfortable and family philosophy.


This will depend on which package you purchase. Packages range between one week and two weeks. You will be able to message or contact me at any time throughout the allotted time frame. You will also have access to the rested app, where I will be able to see on a live basis any sleeps, feedings etc that you log. We will also have follow meetings at specified times after services have been rendered.

Great news! No, as a parent, you get to download the app for free. Once we have had our sleep review call and decided on a start date, I will send you an invitation to the app and add you to my client list.

What if I have multiples?

In the unlikely event that this happens, we will discuss what the potential barriers are, how to proceed forward and how much more time is needed. At this point, we will discuss any additional costs, if any.


I accept multiples! You can purchase any package with an additional cost of $100 per child.
